Ace Trade is operated by Ace Trading EOOD, a technology and proprietary trading firm registered under the laws of Bulgaria. Ace Trade is not a broker-dealer, custodian, financial institution, investment advisor, or insurance business.
Funded Program Accounts (Challenge, Entry, Pro, Elite)
All trading activity conducted through the Ace Trading Funded Program — including the
Challenge
Phase
and all subsequent funded stages (Entry, Pro, Elite) — is executed in a
simulated
environment. The capital allocated to these accounts is fictitious, does
not
represent real currency, and carries no monetary value outside the scope of the Program.
Users have no right to possess, transfer, or trade with these funds beyond their
intended
use within the evaluation and funded progression framework.
Rewards paid to Funded
Users
are performance-based monetary incentives calculated as a percentage of simulated
profits
generated, subject to full compliance with all Program Rules. These rewards do not
constitute profits from live trading, a brokerage relationship, or a return on any
financial
investment. Past performance in the simulated environment is not indicative of future
results. Becoming a Funded User is not guaranteed.
Prime Accounts Prime Accounts operate in a live trading environment using real capital. Users holding Prime Accounts trade directly in live markets via a broker agreement with Ace Trading Ltd. and are subject to all associated market risks, including but not limited to capital loss, gap risk, slippage, and execution risk. Prime Account holders should fully understand the nature of live trading before participation.
